Want to resume my yoga classes at PURE. It's been nearly a year and I'm gutted to discover that my favourite instructor is no longer on the teacher list I feel it is very important to have a good intsructor, someone you admire and respect for their passion, their dedication and their knowledge. Any recommendations? I am interested in Hatha and Pranayama. English speaking instructors only. At TST or Central.

Gosh...I know how that feels!
I can't exactly answer your question as I haven't taken too many of the Hatha/Pranayama classes, but I used to take Power 2 classes w/ Jon in Central and he has was pretty decent. He does Hatha as well. If you're willing to travel to Causeway Bay Tama is pretty good. I take Ashtanga classes with her there.

I'm sorry I just saw your post. I used to go to Centrium before but now I go to TST (Peninsula) What class do you take? I go for Shyam's Hatha 2.
