| | it doesnt matter which tailor u choose. all of them will bring the fabrics to one the tailors-workshops in tst.the shops are just agencies and acting as tailors with an own workshop. and when i say all, i really mean all. i do now since dec 2006 research about tailoring in hong kong. so when u really need somebody who help out to find a serious tailor who fits ur needs ,just reply. www.michel-x_hk@hotmail.com or call 67992665 .

Your research seems to match my inklings about how things are done and it seems the making of jackets etc in HK itself has faded since the golden days of former years when I had friends come here to HK and get clothing made. My local pals suggest that the stores have undercut them with sales and brand labels.

Hey all,
I have been living here for over 2 years and all I wanted to know was if someone had a tailor they could recommend for making a leather jacket. I am quite aware of all the innerworkings of the tailors in HK.
So if you have made a leather coat and like the tailor then please let me know.
