Anyone who can swallow even a sip of rice milk deserves a badge of courage.

I hate it so so much.
Same with soy milk.

Have never seen oat milk.

Ha, ha...yes, I have to admit, I developed a real taste for it, but only after I was forced (for dietary reasons) to give up cow's milk. You can adapt your taste to it, but I agree it doesn't taste like cow's milk at all.

That's becasue it is soy juice and not milk.....

Milk is the nutrient liquid secreted by the mammary glands of female mammals (including monotremes). The female ability to produce milk is one of the defining characteristics of mammals.

Humans are the only mammals to drink milk beyond infancy and certainly the only mammals to drink the milk of another creature. Why?

Surely once you get passed infancy beer is better? Less saturated fat. Beer costs less than milk at Wellcome and Park n Shop so I'm sticking to it. Tsingtao on your cornflakes is not so bad!

I havent done that in YEARS. Beer and Cornflakes is not great but it is something you have to do.

No milk required.

To be honest I learned that trick whilst living in Belgium studying French more years ago than I care to mention.

For some reason fresh milk was almost impossible to get and the only alternative was UHT long life milk which tasted foul on cereals. The only alternative was orange juice or beer and believe me the beer in Belgium is GOOD! Cereal is optional

Thanks for the tip! I love rice milk (soy is my fav, then almond, then rice -- haven't tried oat milk), so I'm definitely going to try to find this. (I generally like milk, but my previously mild lactose intolerance has become worse recently. )

I grew up on Dairy Farm milk, so it's the taste I know best. I drink Trappist Dairy milk all the time now for the protein and hormones present in fresh milk (I'm getting back into bodybuilding), and I often blend it with Vitasoy for a more complete amino acid profile.
