Reminds me of a few years ago .. 13 weekends of rain.

Some said it was the 7th sign.

New in town

Well I made it. Landed on Friday, in the wind with the classic British understatement from the pilot that the weather wasn't very nice.

I'm also new in town and staying in Sheung Wan, so I'm up for a happy hour drink any night this coming week. At the moment I can't find my backside with both hands so directions to whichever bar would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers

David

Hey there!

How are you doing? This is Suki from HK and wonder if you are still in town. Are you still looking for somebody to hang out sometimes?? You sounds like a fun person and it's so cool you moved from LA, CA!! I wanna visit the Hollywood soon and it would be cool to get together sometimes! I used to study in US and I can teach you some Cantonese if you would like to learn some ;-)

Alright, e-mail me if you have time at suking530@yahoo.com

Have a great weekend!

Suki

Funny you say that. Very recently after hours we went in that way into a building near our office in Seoul and that (about LedZep) is exactly what I happened to remark to my colleague. Haven't listened to it for 15 years at the very least.

Wow, sorry to hear about your bag, that's not a nice welcome.

There seems to be a few posts here by people from the LA area...I went to university in Los Angeles...LOVED it. I am keen to meet up with any others from SoCAL (and all other interesting folks for that matter!) Let's organize an event for early October! Talk about advance planning!

philippino maids are notorious for stealing and stealing happens in every county and is common. I find Hk safer than most countries, smirk it off as bad luck and i guarantee ur perception of the 'safe' hk will be better.

And please please, check the date of the previous posts, this thread is dated last year. Get with da times ppl
