I listened to all the cocatoo's and it isn't them. I can't open the Macaw site.

You say you have indeed seen the sulphur crested cockatoo in HK.

So even though the bird you are hearing is a different bird, you must also be hearing the cockatoo.

Or perhaps it is not living precisely in your area.

Both the sulphur crested and the red-tailed black cockatoo have very loud aggressive cries.
