I am very disappointed with the service of AT Boutique in Central. It's been a month and they haven't completed the suit and shirts. I wonder if they have sent them back to China rather than having them sewed by the masters they have in HK.

I will never buy anything from them again.

did you give them a set timeframe and set a date for the fittings before leaving the shop?

My experience has been if I don't do this then the work takes longer even though they say they can do it in 24hrs.

Agree with Alby, a timeframe is important, otherwise they could just postpone it until your first complaint.
