I have NOW TV in the living room. Is it possible to have NOW showing in my room without paying for another set top box from NOW? Heard someone mentioning "Slingbox", is that something that I should have?

On the same channel then yes - you just need a long cable from your set top box to your other TV (or you could buy a wireless solution in Shamshuipo).

On different channels - no: NOW is a streaming solution not a broadcast one.

THanx PDLM, wireless solution for watching the same channel sounds good enough for me. What exactly should I look for in Samshuipo? Is it a transmitter, small/big? cheap/expensive? Which mall should I go to? The computer one?

All you need is to get a wireless transmitter. They do sell it at SSP for about $200-300. They are also being sold at Photomax. I bought mine a few years back so I can watch Cable in my bedroom without having to get another set-top box.
