I need a freelancer / designer who can create a decent artwork for business cards and maybe a business logo.
Honestly said, I dont have the sofware and time to do it by myself...

you could try print100, they have shops in HK, Macau & Guanzhou. They have pre-designed cards or you can just upload your pic or whatever they also have different categories.

Yes, I just used print 100 and was amazed. Perfect English speakers too if you don't speak Cantonese.
