I am looking into registering a chapter of a Non-Profit organization (NPO) in Hong Kong

- What are the requirements? Which department to contact?
- Also, can a non-profit org apply for a tax-exempt status with Inland Revenue Department?
- Are grants/donations to a NPO 100% tax-deductible?
