| Tax and HK Ltd Company Hi everyone I have a few questions about the tax implications of owning a HK Ltd company. In my case the company is registered in HK but i live and do business in Shenzhen. Luckily as i am not making the income in HK i am exempt from company tax. However, i would like to know the tax implications when i want to transfer money back to Australia. I have been told by a friend that it is possible that HK will tax my personal income and then when i send back to Australia they will also tax it. Is this true? If anyone knows an Australian tax adviser in HK i would really appreciate you giving me his detaails and cost for a consultation. Cheers |
