OK, I have a thing for Caribbean and Latino cuisine. I can't seem to find some ingredients I need to make jerk chicken, Jamaican beef patties and real chili. Anyone know where I can get scotch bonnet peppers, pigeon peas and pinto beans? I don't want to have to import them too...

try OLIVERS in Prince Building, seems like i've seen something similar to that of scotch bonnet pepper coz I always buy there those fresh Jalapenos..
and for the Pigeon peas,check those thai shops (lot's of thai food shops in kowloon City ) it's their local green pea used for cooking
and you can get canned pinto beans in any local shops or even try also in OLIVERS.

Thanks Didi, I'll see if Olivers have 'em. Someone told me to go there to get Goya Sazon a few months ago and they didn't have it. I ended up having to have my brother bring it over from New York...
