The Bauhinia

Does anyone here have any thoughts on the Bauhinia (serviced apartment in Central)? Am contemplating signing up for a 1 year lease there.

Also, does anyone happen to have any idea whether they would allow extra (1 or 2) guests, and if they would charge an extra fee for extra persons staying with me?
