Does anyone here know of any place where I can buy shoes in larger sizes? I am talking about formal shoes in sizes of 46 EU (12 US).

Hmm I think it is 12 in UK sizes as well, at least judging by this site http://www.i18nguy.com/l10n/shoes.html.

Wing On in Sheung Wan has a good selection of mens shoes. My b/f is a 10.5 I think and had no trouble with sizes there.
