HI all, I'll be working in Central and need to find a place for at least 6months. Please help by offering suggestions! I would like a place with the following:

1) in HK island and walking distance from MTR station
2) Laundry services available or available in near by shops
3) Decent environment
4) Budget of less than 10K per month
5) need not be very big
6) I don't mind a larger apartment with 2 bedrooms for a budget of 20K because i can find a roommate.

Hi, I used to have short stay in a hostel called "yesinn". I just got a chance to talk with the owner and she said they have renovated few of service studio rooms. My friend is planing to stay a month for a training and asked me to take a look of the service studio, the decoration is very pretty and the facility allmost all equiped such as kitchen, WiFi, study desk, all funitures and the price seems quit reasonable.
