International Gyms

Hi there, does anyone here from geoexpat working in the Fitness/Personal Trainer field at Pure Fitness or California Gyms???
I tried for million times to figure out how to contact those gyms by email, but i cannot find it at their respective websites. From what i see at California Gyms, they employ people who can speak fluently English and Cantonese/or Mandarin, and at Pure Fitness, most of its instructors are certified by NASM, is it a requirement??? Can anyone answer me at this?My cantonese and mandarin are not the best ones and im certified by NSCA.
