Organic Soap and Shampoo

What's the best shop in HK to get good quality, organic products? Does anyone have a particular brand that they recommend?

Some weird news recently regarding lavender and tea tree oil...

I genuinely curious here - how on earth do you define whether soap or shampoo is organic? Are you going to try to trace back the history of the cows whose fat is rendered to make soap to check that the grass that they ate had not been treated with pesticides, or something? And, if so, why?

Well that's a specific example - I was after the general definition or criteria for judging whether a toiletry product qualified as "organic".

thanks KIA. PDLM, I'm simply looking for something that is a hell of a lot better than the chemical laden crap that is found in most soaps and shampoos, whether it can be 100% organic or not according to this website...
http://www.ams.usda.gov/nop/ProdHandlers/labelTable.htm

If you want to claim: "Organic" (or similar statement)
Your product: Must contain at least 95% organic ingredients, not counting added water and salt.
Must not contain added sulfites.

May contain up to 5% of:

nonorganically produced agricultural ingredients which are not commercially available in organic form; and/or
other substances allowed by 7 CFR 205.605.

But what exactly is a "chemical" (or if you prefer, what isn't a "chemical")? The page KIA linked describes that a key component of the production process is Sodium Hydroxide. Is that a "chemical"? It always was when I studied chemistry - I remember the feeling of it dissolving my skin if I got some on my fingers...
