| We have an adorable long-haired dachshund we were planning on leaving behind when we move to HK in a few months. He's not very well trained and we just weren't sure about all of the complications. However after reading your post I may have to reconsider. What all is involved with bringing the dog? Where would he stay when we travel? How would he make the trip over? A dachshund society, huh? |

| From what I have heard, it is not that difficult to come to HK with your dachsie. In fact, coming from certain countries, you are not required any quarantine. Please take a look at: http://www.afcd.gov.hk/quarantine/lsk/import/index.htm There are also companies in HK to help you with the whole proxess from the paperwork to the arrival. Cheers, Esta |
