Try heading down to the front of Bel-Air next to cyberport. There's a huge open area (huge by HK standards). It's packed on the weekends with dogs running arond off-leash, couples playing frisbee and famillies picnicking! i've taken my terrier down there and she's still in shock from seeing so many dogs!
