Dry cleaning - HK vs AU

Hello
Just a quick one. Just wondering if anyone knows how the price and quality of dry cleaning in Hong Kong compares to Australia? In AU you can get dry cleaning for about 3 garments for $90 (sometimes more, sometimes less). I wasn't sure whether to do a big dry cleaning of a lot of my clothes before arriving. I know it may sound a little trivial, but it kinda adds up!

Thanks for that. It seems that it is pricier in HK. Didn't see any "3 for $X" offers on that website or from a Google.

Those prices are far higher than most local dry cleaners in HK. I pay $40 for a (man's) 2-piece suit and $20 for a pair of trousers at the nearest dry cleaner to me (I have about 6 within 200m of me on Robinson Road) and the work is perfectly acceptable quality.

Essentially that is a very posh place (perhaps like using a hotel laundry). Laundry is done in most local places by the pound/kilo, not by the piece.

That's really expensive. Most of the "local" places will do it for half that price (40/50 a suit) and the work is of good quality.

I agree. My last bill was $75 for a suit and a jacket, picked up and dropped off.

M,
you may try the drycleaner runs by Japan Home Center, pay $50 to join a year membership, and get 30% off each time when you do your cleaning.
that's what i do, and it's right by the corner of the street where i pass by everyday going to work!
