Looking for serviced apartments from end of Feb

I'm going to be moving to HK at the tail end of feb and I was looking for a serviced apartment within the 9K- 11K for my first month there. I'd ideally like to be in central, soho, sheung wan or wanchai. If my options are choosing between a not so nice place (i checked out cozy and W-studios albeit only online) and having to pay a little more I'd want to go with paying a little more. Because everything I've seen for the most part have been under 9K and then seem to start again from over 14K. Also my time seems to be running out because all the apts seem to be filled/ filling up for cny. So if anyone can help me out with the less advertized apartments, I'd really appreciate it.

Thanks!

I should have a place available for rent @ Wanchai, 5 year new apartment 2 bedroom, 585sq foot (one room very small, one normal size), great wanchai park fountain view.

The only problem is that I won't have it available until first week of march. (march 6)

The place is unfurnished but very clean, wall painted and ready to move in. I have pictures that I can show you if you are interested/curious.

Asking price will be 14000 HKD per month if I give it to real estate agent to look for tenants for me. I am willing to let go for less.

By the way, most people will list for more then what they are actually willing to settle for. So in Hong Kong always negotiate. I learned my lessons the hard way.

This is not a serviced apartment but have club house (miniature but complete and in the building, swimming pool open during summer weekends). Maid cleaning service can easily be arranged at nominal additional cost.

Bruce

fkhan,
You may check geoexpat classified ads (Owner listing) where you can find an ad. on a furnished 2 bedroom apartment in SOHO, central. It is a very popular district, and if you act /commit fast, you may be able to make a direct deal with the owner, without paying agency commission. Good luck
