Multi PS2 setup for GT3 and or GT4

Can you hook up 3 firewire PS2s with 3 copys of GT3 with 3 displays and have a wraparound singleplayer game?

I cant find anyone on the web that has this setup but I was sure it could be done when GT3 launched years ago. Its only now that the cost would be "reasonable" to achieve such a rig.

Any thoughts?

BTW I have GTHD but want to go back and start playing GT3 and GT4 which I understand are the best driving games for PS2.
