Shooters 52 13th Floor Times Square is a shell of its former glory now that the delectable Carmen is no longer there. She was successuflly poached by The Grand Hyatt. we fans of the d C are furiously saving our coins for when she makes her grand entrance. In the meantime ol 52 and Sunning Plaza will have to do in CWB.

No clue what you see in Shooters 52. Its a character less salaryman and bored housewife shopping in Times Square bar.

I see K I A that you have gotten out of bed on the leeward side, hence your comments regarding the clientle of 52 are a little coloured. Actually the people you listed are all around the 13th floor especially highly pretensious bar next door, which is why I like to think of 52 as an oasis in an ocean mediocrity, and besides, their Blue Cheese dressing is worth ordering a plateful of buffalo wings.

I cannot however condone any aspersions being cast on our Carmen, who surely would not have been headhunted by Grand Hyatt if she could not more then mutter in several European languages.

I therefore am obliged to send you an e-slap with my dueling glove, to defend the lady's honour-I trust you are amenable to crowbars at dawn this Sunday at the usual place?

Not sure whats happened to the East End Brewery .... thats a good choice too. Outdoor seating (not like thats a benefit in this weather).

Fly, no clue. I rarely ever get down to Causeway bay these days. Inside/Out sounds like a logical name for that place.

Right in the Tai Tai heartland, is a real gem that goes by many names -Beer Garden,Inn Side Out, and East End Brewery. All serve great food and a massive variety of beer including several from HK SAR Brewery. The Aldrich Bay Old Pale goes down very well in this weather. Check it out at 10 Hysan Avenue-Sunning Plaza .
