Straw Poll Fitness First
Hi, saw the thread trying to shift a FF membership- no replies so just wanted to ask (as a member myself) is there anybody who is, or even knows someone who is, a satisfied member of Fitness First?

I was satisfied with FF. Moved to PF as it's a bit more convenient. It's CF that I can't stand!

Actually I agree with Rani. I used to be a FF member in Spore. Before FF I was with CF. It was one of the worst! Overcrowded all the time.....I would join FF if I live near a FF gym. For now, I've got to be content with my gym in my estate.

FF is a great gym. I'd rate the FF chain second after Pure. I do nothing but calisthenics now...pullups, chinups, dips, pushups and running.

It's not the cheapest thing I've ever paid for, but I've got no real complaint about the FF at North Point/Fortress Hill. They're not perfect - who is! - but I wouldn't say I was dissatisfied.

Thanks to all who answered, I was debating whether to renew my contract but all the people I have met there (sheung wan) seem vaguely dissatisfied rather than happy so I thought I'd ask a few more folks.
2 who use exchange square are happy- I'm not surprised, lovely gym.
1 'No real complaint.'
Liked the one in Singapore (little inconvenient).
Satisfied but moved to Pure...
Chrome trying to move membership- no luck (sorry this may not be helping).
Jay thinks its second best- though jay I know you know HK and your fitness stuff pretty well and my guess is you're not paying any gym to let you do stuff you are more than capable of doing at home- could be wrong?
So I have decided to move on- when I told them they asked why and I said lots of small things rather than any one thing in particular. On the form she wrote 'contract finished.'
Next question-expensive Pure, independant Gaia, JABMMA or California and an Ipod with the savings?

I go to FF in sheung wan and am overall satisfied. I just think it is way overpriced, but most things in HK are....
