old generation shanghainese tailor - Sheung Wan?

well i've scoured all the 'tailor' threads. I've scoured them 2 to 3 times over.

I wanted to know if anyone has any (good) experiences with a specific old generation Shanghai tailor. I've heard that some of them have shops in Sheung Wan. I go to Jim's Tailor to get my regular nice stuff done, and am very happy with him, but being of Shanghainese decent I feel I owe it to my ancestors to experience the novelty of having one of the old dudes measure my inseam...

How about the fabric at western market? I heard there are people there who can do shirts or suits. I heard they're cheap, too. Looking for 140-200 for shirts and maybe 1400 for a suit.
