Electricity sounds pretty expensive in Hong Kong especiall in the summer. I not mention is usually included in a serviced apartment rent?

Well as far as I know serviced apartments pretty much include electricity most of the time. There may be times it doesn't, but overall most do I believe.

It really isnt THAT expensive though. I pay around $100 a month for it, I think $150 one month. Mind you I have a small place, but even multiplying that a few times over to me doesn't seem all that bad.
