I haven't tried it yet but will be trying it soon. I talked with Tech support and they told me technically it would work, but you need a US mailing address for the bills and the equipment to be sent to. They couldn't tell me how good the quality or rather delay depends on your internet connection speed to the US.
This service will give you a US phone number in any state or city. you can get a 1-800-number and you can get multiple phone numbers in different areas. You get a Normal phone like your standard one, you just need a sort of phone gateway device that just plugs into an ethernet connection. Online Voicemail. and Unlimited calls to anywhere in the US or canada.
I probably will be getting it hooked up in the next couple of months and will let you know how it works. Mostly it is so my family and friends back in the states can call me and only pay for local calls.
