hi - just wanted to ask if there are a lot of vacansies for call center jobs. if so, maybe someone can tell me what are the usual companies that need mass hiring?

If you are looking for a call center job that is going to offer sponsorship it is very unlikely unless you are thinking about something extremely specialist you could be in a call center doing that involves a university degree.

You cannot get a job/visa in a call center doing like customer service for park and shop or something for instance.

The only situation you might get a visa for a call centre job would be if you spoke some very obscure language that was needed there (let's say Lapp or something) and where you couldn't reasonably get a HK Permanent Resident with that capability.
