We're coming to HK in Apil, bringing along a new iPod, for which we want new speakers...by that I mean the ones into which you simply insert your iPod via a dock(some are also radios, alarms etc, not only the small speakers which can connect to an iPod). Are these in HK available with variable voltage, so they can be used overseas as well, or only 220v? If only 220v, then we'd have to purchase them here in JPN in order to use them again upon our return here, using them with a trans in hk, correct?

HK07 -- many of the docks that I've seen have a replaceable power cord which has a little transformer on it -- HK$40-70 to replace to a switchable one.
