Eh eh calm down calm down.

Now now no need to be bitter that you lost yesterday, Its obvious to everybody that you sold your club out to the almighty dollar and the glazers saddling you with a massive debt to pay for it.

Hence you guys have no money left to strengthen the team and thus had to rely on a 35 year old striker who is clearly past his best to be your saviour.

Geeting rid of Ruud was the biggest mistake your team ever made, akin to shelling out for players such as djemba djemba, kleberson, Taibi, Oh and not forgetting Veron. 28.1 million! Ouch almost as bad as Chelsea shelling out 30 million for Shevchenko!

I'd never say no united fans live in manchester either, You have to freely admit though that before the premier league started and utd began their glory years you barely saw a utd shirt down south.

I have a lot more respect for the Mancs than I do for the Russian Chavs even though you are slowly catching up on us with the number of league titles won.

Jonny, you just don't seem to understand the term 'friendly banter' Lighten up a little will you.

If you called us Liverpool Scallies, or such like I would have no problem with it.

How did we sell our club out to the almightly dollar? You talk like this was something we all wanted and somehow have profited from. All the fans were against it and still are not happy with it, we the fans unfortunately though had no choice. But the club was on the stock exchange so unfortunately that sort of thing is possible, but I'm sure when they first floated it wasn't with the intention of being owned by a tychoon who knows nothing about football.

Will your club be selling out when you are bought by an Arab sheikh in Dubai? Or if the stories today are true, the American billionnaire ice hockey owner?

This really does show a lack of football knowledge I'm afraid. With Ruud still at united, the team would not be playing the fast attacking football we have been lucky enough to see this season. Scoring goals has not been a problem, unfortunately leaking them is starting to be and is to blame for the recent bad results.
Ruud's style of play does not suite a fast fluid game as he expected everything through him and with his lack of control it affected the speed of the game, hence the reason in his time at united we were playing some of the worst football we have done in a decade. Ask any united fan who follows the team and not the brand and they will tell you the same thing, the team is far better overall without Ruud in it and the goals are spread around more evenly when the players have more freedom to express themselves

14m for Djibril Cisse?

Once again, completely wrong. Manchester united have been the biggest club in Britain and are often called the largest club in the world (I don't want to get into if being the largest in the world is true because you have Madrid, Milan etc...). This has been a fact since way before the early nineties, you may be amazed to know football did actually begin before Sky and the formation of the premiership (I'd certainly hope you are aware of this if you're a liverpool fan as it looks like you are). One of the big reasons for united being the largest club is the amount of fans they have around the country not to mention at least 75% of the football following people in Manchester. A certain thing called the Munich air disaster in 1958 had the effect of making a lot of people follow Manchester united and to say that no-one down south followed them before 1993 is just plain ignorant of football history in England.

I do understand friendly banter, I have plenty of it with liverpool supporting mates back home. But at least they are original and don't trot out the same rubbish I've heard a million times before, hence the reason I said yawn. Clearly you were hoping to wind someone up by posting it on a thread for fans of Manchester united, so congratulations you got your wish, sorry to have distracted you from bitching about how crap England is

Wind somebody up by just mentioning the word buccaneers?

The reason why you're seen as the biggest club in the world is clearly due to your marketing expertise, Buying asian players etc such as your chinese striker and Korean Winger will obviously increase your fanbase in those respective countries.

Man U's recent tour of HK didn't do them any harm now did it? Same goes for Liverpool too, Hence thats why they did it. Albeit we didn't take advantage of our marketing position when we won the European cup, We should of ditched Carlsberg as thats holding us back in the Muslim world with a massive potential fanbase.

Gillet has been turned down previously before because he was going to do a Glazer and saddle the team with massive debt, Thats not the road we want to go down hence the DIC investment where there will be no actual debt saddled onto the club.

End of conversation. Nothing more to say.

Yes, you clearly know nothing about English football history so there's no point discussing it with you
