Tax in HK

Hello,

I'll relocate to HK from Europe very soon, I heard Tax are more less 15/16% of the salary. Is this correct? Do they get taxes right at the end of the month or at the end of the year??

many thanks

Maximum 16%. Less if you earn less than about HK$1M per year. Taxes at the end of the year. http://www.ird.gov.hk for details.
