Anyone know how to check Smartone voicemail from a touchtone phone? I'm overseas without my regular phone. According to their guide, you're supposed to dial 85290100138. I've tried this, but when prompted to enter my mobile number, I get a message stating that my mobile number (read back to me) is invalid.

I emailed them for support, but only received a set of roaming instructions.

I had a similar problem about checking my voicemail from a landline when travelling abroad. I have Smartone's PayGo service (the prepaid product). After contacting Smartone's customer service, I was informed that PayGo users can not access their voicemail via a landline. You have to use handset or upgrade to their postpaid service. Hope this helps.
