I think I've seen it at SaSa or Bonjour. Try the ones in Causeway Bay.

first thought that came to my mind on where to buy self-tanning lotions was either watson's or mannings.

i will also give the body shop a try, since i found a better product on their website than the product i was originally looking for.

Haha interesting, my GF was looking for this exact thing yesterday! We found some at Jusco supermarket, although they don't have the unscented kind she usually gets in Canada.
