Looking for Flat in Happy Valley

Hi,

My rent is about to go up a ridiculous amount so I need to look for a new place.

Anyone happen to be moving out of a minimum 2 bed place in Happy Valley in the 15-20,000 range or less even better.

Any leads appreciated.

Thanks.

I've been looking for apts in HV the last couple of weeks and am still looking. The first set of apts that I looked at were priced in the low 20k range, don't know if that is too high for you, but if you are still interested - I found a spacious place (shown to me thru a broker) at 7 Village Terrace #1A with an asking price of 24k, it was 1300 square feet but the drawback for me was it backed up to a slope so there was no view and somewhat dark. We have now increased our budget to the mid-30's in hopes of finding the right place, I thought we had find a good one but it didn't work out so I am still seeing places.

Let me know if you want my broker's info, she is quite good.

Good Luck!

Your real estate agent

Greetings TheWongs!

We'd love a referral too, if you don't mind. We'll be arriving in early February and Happy Valley is our preferred location too! Good luck in finding the perfect place!

The broker we used is Christine Chan with Legend Surveyors, they are located in Wan Chai. Their number is 2866-8068. She has really worked her a** off for us so much so that we wouldn't work with anyone else.

Best of luck to you, too.

Thanks for the response. Ironically I have looked at that same flat a couple of days ago. It's great but it seems the block next to it has been bought for re-development so you'd end up living next to a construction site I think.

I'm also considering Happy Valley as opposed to Mid Levels. I expect my budget to be at the very most 20K a month. I'm looking at a two bed place, however as I'm on my own, don't need anything too big. Is that a realistic budget for HV?
