Park Island Estate Agents

Hi all - I am moving to HK in February (again). I am going to stay in short term accommodation near my work until I find somewhere to settle. I have been looking at information on Park Island and read many posts on various forums. Can anyone recommend any estate agents? I want to to get an idea of prices for furnished and /or unfurnished to sort my budgets out?

Thanks a lot!

There's a couple of real estate agents on the island in the village. Just pop in and they'll be able to bring you around to show you apartments on the day itself. I'm paying 8400 for a 700 sq feet apartment, fully furnished with sea view.

Fabulous - thanks for that. I thought that that might be the case. The property there is so much more reasonable. 5 years ago i lived in Mid Levels and paid $18,000 for 600ft!!!! We were mad!!
