Emailing outside HK - free help. I am not sure if you guys mail servers are able to send messages outside HK. Ours are currently working trouble free. If any of you guys have a Mail Queue back logging on your mail server and want to relay (for Free) through us, let me know. If you are individual and your trusted Hotmail/Yahoo/Gmail are no help and need temp webmail/IMAP/POP3/SMTP account let us know. We just got this new sexy AJAX based webmail skin installed yesterday that you gotta see it.

Hk.Com, unfortunately, Netvigator is still blocking ports .. preventing folks from using external SMTP servers. Know of any web based proxies that would allow users to get access to their web mail accounts?

You can bypass all of the filters and get to our smtp servers directly on port 587 and 588. Try this... RUN this command on XP telnet mail.mailme.hk.com 587 you should get something like telnet mailme.hk.com 587 Trying 152.104.8.18... Connected to mailme.hk.com. Escape character is '^]'. 220 mailme.hk.com ESMTP mailME@hk.com is happy to see you!

send me your servers outbound IP address, I will add it to the access list... for Inbound you will have to change your MX records. Alternatively I can set you up with geoexpat.hk.com in a flash as your domain. Then use our server to Poll via POP your email accounts in the US... we can access them. telnet server6.geoclicks.com 25 Trying 216.127.94.97... Connected to server6.geoclicks.com. Escape character is '^]'. 220-server6.geoclicks.com ESMTP Exim 4.52 #1 Thu, 28 Dec 2006 00:54:49 -0600 220-We do not authorize the use of this system to transport unsolicited, 220 and/or bulk e-mail.

hk.com -- no problems on our end. GeoExpat's hosted in the US and our HK servers are running just fine, thanks to some re-routing done by the NOC here @ Cyberport. The problem is we sent a number of emails last night through netvigator's SMTP server and they've not reached. We'll tunnel another port to the SMTP server and it should work just fine. Thanks for the offer .. do need to catch up with you sometime during the first half of the year for a drink or two.

Netvigator's internal back bone is imploding from what I can see. I think their routers are overloaded dropping packets. I don't think the emails you sent out on Netvigator are going to go anywhere.
