Import Duties

Hey,

I just read that apart from alcohol and tobacco, HK does not impose duty on imports of any kind. Is this true? Visitors from home could bring all kinds of junk for us and not have to pay any fees or so forth? Same for ebay transactions, etc.?

Thanks!
