| This one is for all you property gurus out there. How do you go about valuing a flat with a large terrace? For example, say flats without terraces in a bldg are going for around $1000 psf, how do you value a flat with a terrace? Is there a rule of thumb or some other method that appraisers use? Thanks for you help! |
