I'm a fan of this site and favour it over the other expat site, with its heavy-handed censorship. But lately the forums seem to be branching out into every more sub-categories. Is there one main area for shooting the breeze, rather addressing specifically themed questions? Maybe it would be a good idea to have an index listing recent topics across all categories?

On the right of your screen, there's a "forum topics" column, you can click on "get new threads : HK", which will have all the threads you haven't read since your last visit!
I totally agree that this forum is a billion times better than that "other one" - people there spend a lot of time worrying about husbands who cheat on their wives with asian women, it seems...
