I was wondering if anyone knew where to get a genuine baseball? Perhaps a tiny American sports shop? I've looked in Gigasport and Sogo, and Harbour City. Didn't get lucky.

Try Toys'R'Us. They're more likely to have softballs though. I picked a softball up in China. If you really want a baseball, you're gonna have to get one sent out from the US.

They are practicing/playing baseball just about every day outside the Horizon Suites in MOS. They must be able to get balls locally.
There is a sports store at Fenwick Pier you might try.
