there's a complimentary shuttle that will leave the apt every 30mins starting 7am daily to the KCR first, then to some place near TST station....
i doubt you could walk...

or you could take a 10-15 min walk to the Hung Hom Ferry... and take the ferry to Central or North Point..

As somebody mentioned before, the website is under development.
I would just give them a call and visit the estate...

Hmm does sound interesting, esp phase two and 12k a month is well within my budget. Only problem is I won't be out in HK until Feb.

I don't think that this is possible... the apartments are part of a hotel complex, so unless you are signing a 12 months lease or so the chances are rather low.

But why not giving them a call and ask them?!

Hi all,

I've taken up an apartment at this place and moving in January. I signed up just before the Xmas break and they were releasing levels 10-16 of tower 1 (not sure how many, if any, are left). Here are just some pointers for anybody wanting to move in:

*Monthly rates do not include electricity, internet or maid service (maid service is offered at $100 from memory).

*They reckon electricity could be around an extra $500 per month (depending on usage).

*Internet is at $158/mth with Hutchison. If you are currently with any internet provider, you cannot move it to this place. The length of the contract is based on your length of stay so no lock-in contract technically.

*When you sign up you need to pay an electricity deposit of $1500 which is refunded when you leave.

*You don't need to pay a deposit but when you sign up, you pay the 1st month's rent as a guarantee you will get the room (this is because these are brand new apartments). You also need to pay the 2nd month's rent 5 days before you are due to move in.

*The leases are 6 or 12 months and if you decide to leave before the length of stay, they need 1 mth's notification and a penalty of 1 mth's rent.

*When you sign up, you get to choose which room you want however, once the choice is made then you can't change later on.

*Rooms have basic appliances: decent sized fridge, washer/dryer combo, microwave, LCD tv, cable (now TV, 25 channels). It also has a dinning table with chairs, sofa, beds and wardrobes.

*Gym/clubhouse membership is complimentary upon arrival (even though on the contract it says these are not included - this is due to the way their computer is set up... I asked if when we arrive if all staff know of this policy and the sales guy said yes).

*The pool is outdoors and only operates in summer.

*There is a safe in the room.

*The 1-bedroom apartments are bigger than the normal ones you'd find anywhere at $9K but be warned, these are located at the back of the block and facing 2 or 3 construction sites with constant work taking place.

I think this is pretty much the finer details off the top of my head. I hope this has shed a bit of light on these apartments.

Just remembered a few more things:

*No pets allowed.
*No Mahjong allowed in the rooms (there is a mahjong room in the clubhouse).
*Smoking is allowed in the rooms.
*This place looks like a hotel but is not so there is no porter/bell boy service that takes your luggage up. This also means you can't leave luggage there for their minding.

I think that's all for now. Will update if I can think of anything else worthwhile.
