Could you please check whether http://www.scholar.google.com/ works or not?

I tried on two computers, and it doesn't seem to work in my workplace. I asked people in other countries, and it seems to work fine over there. Is it the HK government that somehow has blocked this site? Is it my employer? Is it just me?
