Just phoned Page one, & Swindon, all dun hv stock for this book, believe it's already out of print. So hv checked Amazon, but the shipping fee is expensive by hving a book from US. and lead time is long.

I buy from Amazon.com almost once a week. They ship to HK. I use a US based mail forwarding service though.
