Does anyone know where you can buy cute long socks in HK? I'd like stripey ones that are about mid thigh length. Thanks!!

No idea pudding... have not seen anyone wear stripey knee-highs here. Maybe stock up on trips home or request some as a Christmas gift?

Look for Japanese or Korean stores, this season expect to see a lot of cheap variety from South Korea. For example Logon in Kowloon Tong, the street stores in TST (Granville Road). We saw some very cheap good quality Japanese socks in one store in Telford Plaza (Kowloon Bay) on the upper level, cheaper than the trade market in Seoul!

All the markets have them too, I have seen loads, 2 streets in central, the 1 in Wanchai and Causeway bay, Mong Kok too... much cheaper than in the stores too. I bought some with the diamond pattern on for $20

I saw a shop in Haiphong Rd in Tsim Sha Tsui, with lots of long socks, maybe you'll find something there.
