Exploring

I am going to check out Chi Lin Nunnery this weekend. Has anyone been there before?
Also I know after living in HK for some time, we find lots of places off the beaten path. Some of these are great to take vistors or just great to see ourselves.
Does anyone have any places they would like to add here?

Chi Lin Nunnery is excellent. Yes, it is about 5 mins walk from Diamond Hill.

The place is immaculately kept and is really attractive in terms of architecture, and consideing its location it is also pretty quiet. Definitely worth a trip.

There are some pretty cool places out in the NT that are always worth investigating and I find the best website for them is the 18 districts one:

http://www.gohk.gov.hk/eng/welcome/index.html

It has some of the lesser known sites plus the usualy popular ones.
