My Hong Kong accountant can form corporations in the BVI and Hong Kong. I already have a HK corp. I wish to form a corporation in Seychelles or Panama.

Does anyone know of a professional, either lawyer or accountant, who can form such a corporation in Hong Kong?

I really don't want to use a website like www.ptshamrock.com to form an offshore corporation.
