For those people who take the bus from Huanggang/Lok Ma Chau to Mong Kok, if you go on the walkway from the Mong Kok MTR to the Mong Kok KCR as you come down the walkway to the Mong Kok KCR there is a shop selling Christmas decorations and it is full of Christmas stuff. (Likely that if there is this one store there are also others around Mong Kok.) Moving up a little on the price scale, the China products stores in HK also sell Christmas decs. Anyone seen any Christmas decs for sale in SZ?

You can also put lights on a local indoor tree plant. There is very hardy plant with the same name as "weath" ("fa" as in "facai") which does very well inside and looks good with lights on for a substitute tree.

Just got an email that there's a closing down warehouse sale going on at the moment for Christmas decor - huge range of ornaments, decor, trees (artificial, sorry!), wreaths. Everything's 80% off or more. It's actually a store called Christmas Fantasy that's been around for about 5 years - in a different place every year, but always in Central (except for this year).
