Is it possible to go on a sole proprietorship if someone doesn't have a visa yet? What are the requirements for a sole proprietorship. Will this enable me to get a visa for HK.

Is it rue there are companies that "sell" work visa sponsorships, without actually really employing that person??
Where to find those kind of companies and waht exactly does that mean?

No. Investment / Business visas are not prejudiced by your owning a company.

You can start a company, but cannot do business in Hong Kong as a sole proprietor unless you're legally allowed to work.

i was told I cannot even get a business licence!?
