CSL 1010 mobile settings?

can someone help me out real quick?

i just signed up for 1010 the other day, and i dont have time to run to the shop today. i can seem to get the internet to work on phone.

i went to csl's website to send the internet settings file to my phone, and installed that. now what do i do?

i tried clicking on internet, but says connection failure.

in case you need to know: im using SE z610i, and yes i have the mobile multimedia services package and 500 C (credits) ands the whole deal

Do you get a letter G or letter E on the top line of the display?

you mean on the main screen (1st screen before going into menu)?

i have:
signal strength bars
then a symbol i never saw before (like a white square with 3 blue ovals - bottom one is largest, and then they get smaller as if fading off to top left corner)
then bluetooth signal

then all the way over is a battery indicator

The white square with the ovals means there is a 3G (UMTS) network available.

Take a look at the SE website here http://www.sonyericsson.com/spg.jsp?...=ps1&pid=10527

Connection should be relatively simple, you are probably missing one single setting!!

i tried the SE support website...

went to wap setup....
all they do is ask which phone and which provider so they can send you an sms with the "install settings" file...but they dont give CSL as an option...so no good there

3G offers faster download speeds than GPRS with EDGE which is faster than GPRS without EDGE. GPRS is a lot cheaper than 3G.

You should have the G or E symbol somewhere on your display.
