In real effective working hours, I probably do only 20 percent of what you're doing....sorry mate, not trying to rub it in!

I work 60-70 hours a week for a small manufacturing company as an export sales manager. My 'problem' is dealing with Europe and North America - the time difference (especially this time of year) is a killer.

The 60-70 hours per week does not include the calls from home to customers in Europe or North America. Believe me, I live for Sundays.

However, I am used to the long hours now and i find the week passes quickly.

Training ?

70 hours a week ? Time to work more efficeintly and delegate.
I can provide training. (good one)
I work 50 hours a week with the usual 8 hours in office/factory and 2 hours home (22h00 to 23h00 and 6h30 to 7h30), checking email and blabla... but definitley get of the job in saturday & sunday. Except for Email (Still the 2 hours), what a pain.

Sunday ? Beach, Windsurfing, Hiking... and simply family days.
