if my work visa application is rejected can i try again a couple of months after (with different sponsor) from Hong kong or should i come back to europe to apply for a new visa from there?

I wouldn't see the point unless your circumstances changed. E.G:

1 - you develop/attain skillsets not widely available in the HK labour force

2 - your new sponsor more adequately is able to prove local sourcing for candidates was unsuccessful.
